Delivery and Returns

Delivery of goods when ordering online

You can collect the products purchased in the online store at our shop in Vilnius, Smolensko St. 6, during working hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–16:00, or we can deliver the products by courier to the address you specify. The ordered products will reach you by courier within 3–15 business days.

If, upon the courier’s arrival, due to circumstances beyond their control, the shipment cannot be delivered within 15 minutes (for example, if there is no one to receive it or you are unable to bring the items into your premises), the products will be returned to the sender, and you will then be required to pay again for the delivery.

Some circumstances cannot be foreseen, therefore we do not recommend ordering installation services in advance before you have received the ordered products. We do not take responsibility for losses caused by delayed products or for any other damages.

When collecting the products, please have with you:

  • the order number;
  • an identity document. If your products will be collected by another person/company, please indicate them as an additional recipient when confirming the order. In the case of a legal entity, your authorization is required.

Product Acceptance / Returns

When the courier delivers the product to you, do not rush to sign for it. First, immediately unpack and inspect the item. If the product is suitable for you, accept it by signing. If the product is broken, damaged, or otherwise defective, request a damage report from the courier and fill it out in their presence, specifying the packaging and product defects. If the product is not suitable for you, refuse to sign for and accept it. Inform MB “Grindupe” about each such case by phone or email. If the buyer does not inspect the product upon delivery and does not note any damages, the buyer loses the right to exchange the product or receive a refund.

Product Return Conditions

  • You can return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or collection of the goods;
  • The returned product must be unused, unburnt, its usable properties preserved and without losing its commercial appearance;
  • The returned item was not manufactured according to your special instructions or clearly adapted to your personal needs (e.g. carpet or linoleum cut according to your instructions, etc.);
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unpacked upon delivery;
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging and with all its accessories;
  • The payment will be refunded to the account from which the product was paid for within 14 days from the date the product is returned to the store, or, in the case of returns via courier, from the date the returned products are delivered to the warehouse.
  • Returns require an order number;
  • The item must be properly packed to prevent damage during shipping. When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival to the seller.
  • The proper packaging of the shipment is such that without damage it is impossible to access and damage the contents of the shipment. The packaging must protect the contents of the shipment from possible damage during transportation and sorting. Also, the packaging must be safe, that is, it must not pose a danger to the environment: people, other shipments, devices, etc.
